The brainless and blind bhakts of BJP go berserk whenever they see something in support of BJD, Odisha Government or CM Naveen Patnaik. Their top brass idolizes our CM – whether Dharmendra Pradhan or Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda as they know the ground reality. But, Bhakts born much later and grew up with fakery, lies and misinformation don’t even want to understand anything. You can’t convince them as they are born not to understand.

They are making huge noise on Social Media over prioritisation of vaccination as if Odisha produces Covid Vaccines and distributes unfairly. Bhakts are silent why there is an acute shortage of vaccines across the country. Why is the Modi Government tweaking vaccination guidelines frequently to fool and mislead the people? Because vaccine issue is real and far from over that they know and understand.

Well, Bhakts should not worry. CM Naveen Patnaik does not discriminate. For him, 4.5 crore Odias are one family. He has promised free vaccination for all. And, despite the shortage and chaos, he is leaving no stones unturned to procure vaccines either directly from the manufacturers or by floating global tenders.

And, when did Centre take a decision to allow States to buy vaccines on their own? It’s only after CM Naveen Patnaik wrote to PM Modi with a request. The Bhakts were not convinced when the letter was written. They slammed the CM, rejected the idea and tried to project him as a villain. They maintained a stoic silence when PM Modi listened to CM Naveen Patnaik and took the decision, which turned out to be a gamechanger in mass vaccination drive.

Coming to ‘Why Bhubaneswar‘, it’s the most affected City in Odisha today. We can see 900-1100 new Covid cases in the Capital City everyday while others are reporting in the range of 200-500 even as a District. So, why should not Bhubaneswar get priority when it comes to vaccination during the worst Covid era?

When it comes to Governance, Bhubaneswar is very significant. The system operates from here and we need to secure and safeguard it. Again, being a Cosmopolitan City, Bhubaneswar embraces all – people across the state whether politicians, government/private employees, students or job aspirants. They all get benefits here. Whoever stays here, is a proud ‘Bhonseria’ irrespective of the real origin.

At the same time, the Odisha Government is working on a war footing to get vaccines in huge quantity so that everyone is vaccinated. Odisha continues to lead from the front and showed the way in this battle against Coronavirus. We will win the battle if there will be cooperation from all quarters. There is a right intent and that would take us forward.

Hope Bhakts will restrict their rant to social media only. Yes, they have a strong ecosystem to run down others. They come in a group, go on a rampage, and attack people whose views are not acceptable to them. But, they should not forget that it’s the people who will judge the leaders by their work. They know and understand who stands with him during the crisis situation and who just bark on social media to get likes, retweets and followers.

Finally, let me promise the ‘Andh Bhakts’. You will definitely get the proper vaccination – sooner or later. Read between the lines and wait for your turn.
